The Gnak Store is committed to exercising the utmost caution when selecting and packing your product from the shelf in order to guarantee quality and enable prompt and safe delivery to your destination. We are very aware of the value of any collectible things and work hard to maintain the highest level of quality for all of our products from our warehouse to your home.
Nevertheless, it is understandable that your goods could have been harmed during shipping or that they have a manufacturing flaw that otherwise compromises their quality or renders the item inappropriate for its intended use. Please get in touch with The GNAK Store right away via our Contact Us page if this is the case with your delivered purchase. Usually within 24 to 48 hours, our support team will do everything in their power to respond to you.
The Gnak Store support team will need the customer's name, order number, and photographic proof of the package or item in question with a clear picture of the stated problem after receiving notification of damage or a manufacturing flaw. As soon as we have had a chance to analyze the photo(s), we will get in touch with you to go over your options.
Please be aware that unless the damage is determined to have happened prior to shipment, consumers are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.
The Gnak Store will only provide refunds or replace items if the item is confirmed to be defective and the damaged item is returned to us in the same condition as it was received by the client.
Minor box variances, scuff scratches, wrinkles, and paint smudges are not covered by our return policy.
All returns must be reported within 24 hours after receipt. We do not accept opened or used items for return.
Refunds
All refunds are handled at The Gnak Store's discretion and are subject to a 10% restocking or cancellation fee. Customers may not be entitled to a refund or exchange unless the goods is judged defective or is clearly different from the advertised product. This cost also applies to the cancellation of any pre-ordered items or things that the customer has not yet received.
We will issue your refund as soon as it is approved. In most cases, we will reimburse using the same payment method. In some situations, we would refund your money via bank transfer to a Nepali bank account. We promise to process your refund within 6 business days of approval, however it usually happens sooner.
